A St. Charles Parish woman is a finalist to be named "Super Mom" of America.
The national competition attracted tens of thousands of nominations, but Summer McCune, of Norco, is now ranked in the top 10.
A winner will be decided this Thursday based on votes. People wishing to participate can vote for free or through a donation to charity.
McCune is funneling all donations made in her honor to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. She told WDSU she has raised more than $10,000 so far.

Any vote cast by 9 p.m. Tuesday counts twice.
"If we don't try, we won't win," McCune said. "We're a finalist now, one out of (more than) 60,000 women."
McCune said if she wins, she will pour the $20,000 grand prize into her business Nolabee, which sells pajamas designed by the mom of three.
McCune's designs were first inspired by her youngest daughter, Adler, who has a pediatric feeding disorder. The sleepwear is meant to raise awareness about Adler's condition and those of others who McCune has met through a growing support system on social media.
"I just launched in January, so I do have to be patient, and I understand that," McCune said. But I feel like I owe it to these kids to get (more pajamas) out there as soon as I can."
Some of Nolabee's designs are sold in the gift shop at Children's Hospital in New Orleans, where Adler is a patient.
