was probably dark. Damn homeless get high on meth, run streets at nighttime. Stay hidden during daytime. They get hit and killed a lot in Springfield on North Kansas. Meth gets em wired, not paying attention, walking out in front of cars. As it's dark out. It's a serious problem in Springfield...
