Panther Creek home leads list of most expensive purchases in May

A home with a Panther Creek footprint fetched the highest price for a residence in Sangamon County last month, being sold for $850,000 on May 9.

The home at 4200 Foxhall Lane overlooks the fourth, fifth and sixth holes at Panther Creek Country Club and leads the way for the ten most expensive home purchases in Sangamon County for the fifth month of the year.
