A long-awaited Springfield business specializing in non-alcoholic beverages is set for its grand opening.
It will open with a ribbon-cutting this Saturday, April 1, at 4 pm, and then will be open from 4 to 11 pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and 4 pm to 1 am Fridays and Saturdays.
Owner Elizabeth Wake introduced the business as a vendor last year at the Old Capitol Farmers’ Market.
She was the first recipient of a $20,000 DRIVE Grant from Isringhausen Imports in support of new downtown businesses, and also raised nearly $12,000 through a Kickstarter campaign.
