SPOKANE, Wash. - A grief-stricken mother has been trying to tie up her son's accounts and finances after his sudden and unexpected death more than five months ago. Barbara Wilks says she was able to close all but one of his financial accounts with ease. She claims Robinhood, a financial services company that promises to help with stocks and trades among other benefits, was giving her the ‘runaround’ when it came to her late son's assets with them.
