The Sweet 16 round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament tips off Thursday night and continues Friday with eight total games being played at four regional sites.
In the West Region, Arkansas-UConn and Gonzaga-UCLA face off in Las Vegas on Thursday night. The winners will play each other on Saturday for a spot in the Final Four.
