UPDATE: Tomni has been located. Thank you to everyone who helped search. The Spokane Tribal Police Department located in Wellpinit, Washington, is asking for help locating 32-year-old Tomni Bigcrane. According to reports from Spokane Tribal Police, Tomni Bigcrane was last seen in the Wellpinit area on February 29, 2023, at approximately 11:00 am.
Sex Offender's Personal Restraint Petition Denied; Court of Appeals Rules Former Judge's Sexual Misconduct Not a Factor
SPOKANE, WA - The Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III has denied a convicted sex offender's personal restraint petition. The Court had previously affirmed 41-year-old Roger Flook’s conviction for first-degree child molestation. He had appealed his case, in part, based on former Asotin County Superior Court Judge Scott Gallina's sexual misconduct convictions and prison sentence.

Located on West Main in downtown Spokane, this bookstore touts a wide variety of books to read with multiple levels to find just the book you want. They have both new and used books, special events, and local authors. This is probably one of the best bookstores around town and by far my favorite to visit.
