Greenville, IA (KICD)– A section of Highway 71 south of Spencer has after being shut down due to a spill late Wednesday morning.
A two mile stretch of road from 460th to 480th Streets, also known as the Goat Hill area, was closed for about an hour as crews worked to cleanup cement that had been spilled onto the highway causing delays in the area.
