Bulldogs Battle but Fall Late to Wofford
Asheville — (WLOS) The UNC Asheville baseball team squared off with Wofford on Tuesday night for the Bulldogs’ final home midweek matchup of the season and fell to the Terriers 5-3. Wofford struck in the first inning with a solo shot and doubled its lead with a run in the third. In the bottom of the third, Corbin Lanowitz made it a 2-2 ballgame with a hit to the right side of the field that scored Ty Kaufman and Kohl Abrams to score.
