South Carolina Highway Patrol needs your help finding a truck involved in a hit-and-run that happened in Spartanburg County Saturday night.It happened just after 8 p.m. on Bethesda Road near Wheeler Drive.The person that was hit was seriously injured because of the collision.A flyer from the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the vehicle involved might be a 1997 to 2003 Ford F-150 with damage to the passenger front and passenger side.
