Cruise ship passenger limit staying in place in Bar Harbor
BAR HARBOR (WGME) -- An attempt to stop the enforcement of Bar Harbor's daily cruise ship passenger limit has failed in federal court. According to Maine Public, the Association to Preserve and Protect Local Livelihoods had asked the court to prevent the town from enforcing the 1,000-person daily cap for cruise ship visitors.
