Gov. Jim Justice and West Virginia State Police Interim Superintendent Jack Chambers have announced another change at the South Charleston headquarters.
Maj. Jim Mitchell is now Chambers' chief of staff. One of his duties will be updating media members about the ongoing investigation into the agency.
Chambers said the only movements among top brass so far were the two previously reported by Eyewitness News Lead Investigative Reporter Kennie Bass.
Maj. Shallon Oglesby has left her chief of staff services position and is now a first lieutenant in the procurement section.
Maj. James Findley has been transferred from director of the professional standards division to a first lieutenant slot, handling logistics for Troop 7, which patrols the West Virginia Turnpike.
