NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Middle Tennessee saw a paralyzing snowstorm and life-threatening temperatures in January. Winter weather gripped the region, making travel an obstacle. Multiple days of snowfall made it difficult for state road crews to keep up. TDOT crews and plows worked nonstop to clear over 884,000 miles of interstates and roadways.
