Charges filed against 16-year-old suspect in South Bend shooting

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) —
Charges have been filed against a juvenile in relation to the shooting death of a 15-year-old in South Bend on March 16.

The St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office filed a delinquency petition which charges a 16-year-old with reckless homicide and dangerous possession of a firearm.
The prosecutor’s office has also filed a motion to move the 16-year-old to adult court.

This comes after the shooting death of Donnie Gray Jr., of South Bend, in the 2600 block of Prairie Avenue.
