Winemaker Ben Flajnik announced on Instagram that he married his “best friend” last month at Mission San Francisco Solano in Sonoma. A new therapy dog is coming to the rescue of Santa Rosa firefighters. Maverick will help relieve stress and trauma as part of the department’s behavioral health program. The one-year-old Lab mix was welcomed with open arms yesterday as the newest recruit.
