Preparing for outdoor dining

Licensing Commission, 6 p.m. Monday. This commission led by Joe Lynch reviews the rules of outdoor dining, which resumes April 1, and considers outdoor seating proposals from various restaurants. Watchable by videoconferencing.

Money for safe consumption site

City Council Finance Committee, 6 p.m. Tuesday. This committee run by city councilor Jake Wilson considers the mayor’s request for $827,000 from the unreserved fund balance (“free cash”) for site preparation, construction and furnishing of a safe consumption site for illegal drugs. Prioritizing preservation funds

Community Preservation Committee, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. The committee holds its annual public hearing on the city’s Community Preservation Plan, establishing the annual spending priorities for Community Preservation Act funds. Watchable by videoconferencing.

What’s on tap in Gilman Square

Gilman Square Civic Advisory Committee, 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Committee members and city staff provide an update on present and future activity in the Gilman Square area. Watchable by videoconferencing.

City Council convenes

City Council, 7 p.m. Thursday. The council meets at 93 Highland Ave.; televised and watchable by videoconferencing, and posted online after the meeting. The agenda was not posted at press time.
