Money for safe consumption site
City Council Finance Committee, 6 p.m. Tuesday. This committee run by city councilor Jake Wilson considers the mayor’s request for $827,000 from the unreserved fund balance (“free cash”) for site preparation, construction and furnishing of a safe consumption site for illegal drugs.
