CAMBRIDGE, Md. - A northern snakehead caught over the summer in Dorchester County now holds the world record at 21 pounds. According to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the International Game Fish Association, Damien Cook of Rhodesdale caught the behemoth on July 5th. CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. – The Calvert County Parks & Recreation (CCPR) Department will no longer allow seasonal campers at Breezy Point. On Thursday, November 9th, CCPR emailed a letter to seasonal campers, thanking them for their patronage, but letting them know they will transition to a daily camping model and discontinue the seasonal option, starting in 2024.

The Marriotts Ridge theater program, run by Mrs. Laura Greffen, performed their first musical of the year, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on November 9th, 10th and 11th.
