Why Southern New Mexico Diners FLOCK To This Hatch-Fueled Haven In Las Cruces, NM

Cousins Maine Lobster truck returns to El Paso for one day
El Pasoans, get ready for the return of the Cousins Maine Lobster Truck, bringing its famed lobster rolls. The Cousins Maine Lobster truck will be there from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, at HTeaO, 12655 Rojas Drive. The food truck offers a variety of popular staples including Maine, garlic and Connecticut lobster rolls, crab rolls, lobster tacos and quesadillas, lobster tots and lobster tails, lobster grilled cheese, creamy lobster bisque or clam chowder, whoopie pies and more. Cousins Main Lobster was founded in 2012 by cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, who grew up in Maine with childhood memories of backyard lobster boils. They decided to launch a food truck in Los Angeles to bring lobster rolls to the West Coast. But their business really took off after appearing on ABC's Shark Tank and striking a deal with real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran. The exposure helped them become a national brand. Today, the company has expanded through franchising into brick and mortar restaurants and an online lobster business.
