Tuolumne County Veterinary Association and Tuolumne County Animal Control are holding their annual rabies and licensing clinics on Saturday, May 4, beginning at 1 p.m. at the Jamestown shelter at 10040 Victorica Way, behind the C&C Mini Mart.
