NORTH JACKSON OH- The Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference (MVAC) looks to be an interesting and competitive conference in both the scarlet and gray divisions in girls basketball. With conference play opening up for MVAC teams on both sides. Thursday night, it led to a lot of intriguing matchups within the divisions.
