SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — KELOLAND is at a crossroads in weather right now. Just over a month ago, we were still talking about the winter and the cold that seemed to never end. Now, it’s hot weather that won’t let go and the lack of widespread rain that has our attention.
