ONE OF THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS IS THE FOOD TRUCKS, I SPENT TIME IN ONE OF THEM TODAY, IT'S KNOWN AS FLAVORFUL KETTLE CORN. I TALKED WITH THEM HOW ABOUT WHAT GOES IN TO A NIGHT LIKE THIS AND HOW ARKANSAS. <> "It's been buzzing. And people have been so excited." SILOAM SPRINGS IS READY FOR THEIR OWN FRIDAY CELEBRATION. <> "I just want people to come and feel the community and feel the love and support and just everything that's here in Siloam springs." AND THE FLAVORFUL KETTLE CORN TRUCK IS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. <> "Behind the scenes, you know, just making sure we have enough product to make whatever we need to make. Whether it's sugar, lemons, corn, oil." THE TRUCK TRAVELS ALL AROUND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. <> "Siloam is a small town compared to some of the others. But the people in Siloam are wonderful. We love you know, being local and getting to do stuff with our community." AND HAS BEEN GETTING READY ALL AFTERNOON FOR THE FOURTH FRIDAY OF MAY. <> "usually it's just the two of us prepping and we just prep some stuff at you know at home on the trailer before we go out." WHAT WOULD MAKE THE NIGHT A SUCCESS? <> "A line all night. Not a long line, obviously, but just a constant. Keep going all night long, would be wonderful."
