2 men accused of raping a 17-year-old boy

A concerned parent reported the rape of their son, now two men have been arrested in possible connection to the assault.

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A concerned parent reported the rape of their son, now two men have been arrested in possible connection to the assault.

On June 7, two men were arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old in November in the 2600 block of Sevier Street.

The investigation began Nov. 12 when the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) sex crimes office was contacted by a concerned parent who stated her son had just been sexually assaulted by two older men.

A detective responded to investigate. After gathering information and forensic evidence, 47-year-old Tyrone D. Pickrom and 34-year-old Damarquis Davis were arrested and charged with second-degree rape.

The two men each could face up to 40 years in prison at hard labor if convicted as charged.
