SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Severe thunderstorms brought heavy rains and flooding to parts of Shreveport and Bossier City, stranding cars and blocking intersections.
Residents in Shreveport experienced severe thunderstorms and flash flood warnings until 8 p.m. Saturday. More than 27,000 SWEPCO customers were reportedly without power in Caddo and Bossier Parish.
