Sherborn police say a road in the Massachusetts town was closed for hours because of a broken-down train. According to police, a train traveling through the railroad crossing on Prospect Street near the intersection of Coolidge Street had a mechanical failure and got stuck on the tracks Saturday afternoon.Police tweeted shortly before 1:45 p.m. that Prospect Street would remain open to residents on that roadway but noted that it was closed to through traffic.Shortly before 7:15 p.m., Sherborn police tweeted that Prospect Street had reopened.
