Shelbyville High School's Carlos Garrett competed on March 25, 2023 in the State Powerlifting competition in Abilene, TX.
Carlos competed in the 181 lbs weight class and came in 3rd in the State for division 4, setting new personal records for each lift for an increase of 60 lbs, and a total of 1410 total lbs.
