Downed Powerline Causes Rural Fire

On 06/06/2023 at 8:30pm Seward County Firefighters we’re dispatched to a vegetation fire with powerline down on Road L.

Units arrived on the scene to find a 3 acre slow burning vegetation fire. Units contained the fire until the power company could make the downed power line safe.
