REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

CITY-WIDE CAMERA SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

Released: June 8, 2023

The City of Selma (“City”) invites qualified contractors (“Contractor”), who are licensed in the State of Alabama to submit a response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for all labor, equipment, materials, and any incidentals required to complete the construction of a new City-Wide Camera Surveillance System for Public Safety Purposes.

            To view and download the full text of the “RFP” or retrieve a hard copy, please visit www.selma-al.gov/bid-openings or The Office of the City Clerk at 222 Broad Street, Selma, Alabama 36701.  Bids must be received by the City of Selma by 4:30 P.M. on June 20, 2023.  Late bids will not be considered.  The City reserves the right to amend or supplement this RFP prior to the bid due date.  Bid Opening Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. in the City Council Chambers, 222 Broad Street, Selma, Alabama 36701.  All addendum(s), responses to questions received, and additional information will be electronically posted at www. selma-al.gov and/or www.facebook.com/selmacityhall.
