Police are still searching for the man involved in a robbery attempt-turned-shooting in First Hill on June 1.
The Seattle Police Department identified the suspect as Ibssa Adem, who was last seen in the area of the 170 block of 12th Avenue.
Just after 12:30 p.m. on June 1, officers responded to a call of a person shot on the 1200 block of Madison Street. Officers found the victim with a gunshot wound and provided aid until Seattle fire crews arrived. The 26-year-old man was then taken to Harborview Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury, police said.
Since the shooting, police said they believe Adem has unevenly shaven most of his head and facial hair.
Investigators are working to figure out what led up to the shooting, police said.
