Danny Bonaduce is undergoing surgery on Monday for a neurological disorder known as hydrocephalus — a build-up of fluid in the brain.
That said, his recent health scare has forced him to put his Seattle home up for sale at $1.5 million. It initially listed in May for $1.6 million.
The radio personality, 63, purchased the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in 2015 for $1.04 million.
In an interview with TMZ, Bonaduce admitted that the property had become “too dangerous to navigate.”
Occupying over 2,100 square feet, Bonaduce had thought this would be his forever home — until this mystery illness changed his life.
The disorder makes it hard for him to move at all, he told the outlet, because of the home’s many stairs and rooms. He and his wife, Amy, recently moved into their condo downtown, where living is easier.
Perched on top of a hill in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, one of the oldest districts in the city, the property boasts panoramic skyline views.
Features include outdoor decks, a chef’s kitchen with granite counters, and a flex loft space that can be used as an office or a den, the listing notes.
The primary suite features a luxe bathroom and an outdoor deck. There is an additional ensuite bedroom.
Built in 2004, the home is situated on over a half an acre of land, and holds 12 rooms and a garage.

Bonaduce became famous as a child actor of the 1970s on the TV sitcom “The Partridge Family.”
He has hosted a morning talk/music show at Seattle radio station KZOK-FM since late 2011.
