Guns N’ Roses adds Seattle show to world tour

SEATTLE — Rock powerhouse Guns N’ Roses has added a Seattle stop to its list of shows on the North American leg of its 2023 World Tour.

According to Live Nation, dates in Seattle and Pittsburgh were added due to fan demand.

The band will play Climate Pledge Arena on Saturday, Oct. 14. Tickets will be available on Jun. 9 at 10 a.m. Pacific on gunsnroses.com.

While the support act for the Seattle show has not been announced, artists that will support the tour’s North American leg include Carrie Underwood, The Pretenders, Alice In Chains, The Warning, and Dirty Honey.

Guns N’ Roses’ iconic debut album, Appetite For Destruction, was released in 1987. It is the best-selling U.S. debut album of all time and the 11th best-selling U.S. album of all time, Live Nation said in a news release.

The tour launches next week in Tel Aviv, Israel, on Jun. 5 and will continue across Europe with its last overseas stop on Jul. 22 in Athens, Greece.

G N’ R will then tour North America for the first time since its We’re F’N Back! Tour in 2021. The first date is in Nebraska on August 5. During the tour, the band will visit historic venues such as Fenway Park in Boston on Aug. 21, and Chicago’s Wrigley Field on Aug. 24.

The tour wraps up in Vancouver, B.C. on Oct. 16.
