Kurt Cobain's death has long been a source of debate, with some claiming suicide and others claiming this..

According to author Ian Halperin, the late Nirvana front man had 70 times the quantity of fatal heroin in his system when he was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head at his Seattle home in April 1994.

Kurt, Ian maintains, could not have committed suicide because he was just 27 years old, according to his scientific evidence.

Another sign that an unknown entity was involved is that no fingerprints were recovered on the handgun.

Kurt Cobain Murdered?

According to Ian, who talked to The Sun, he had interactions with law police in Seattle who believe the case was not adequately probed and was unfairly dismissed as simply another drug-related death.

They believe it was diverted from being labeled as a murder crime.

Former Seattle Police Chief Norm Stamper has previously proposed that a new inquiry into Kurt Cobain's death be launched.

Following the publication of his book "Case Closed: The Cobain Murder: The Killing and Cover Up of Kurt Cobain," Ian told the outlet that he believes "Cobain was murdered based on the evidence [he] has."

"He had 70 times the lethal dose of heroin in his system," the award-winning author revealed.

"Forensic pathological experts say nobody can withstand that much heroin for more than a second, let alone turn around, lift a shotgun, turn the gun, and try to blow their head off."

He went on to say, "It's scientifically impossible that Kurt killed himself with the shotgun based on the forensics and pathological evidence."

Kurt Cobain Drugs

It is unprecedented in human history for someone to consume a dose of heroin 70 times higher than what would be deadly for a normal person.

It is an undeniable fact that this amount of heroin would be much too much for anyone to manage.

To put it into perspective, that is 70 times more than a non-addict with a long-term dependent and strong tolerance could ingest before dying.

"This was a case unlike any other."

Kurt Cobain had quit drugs and was determined to start again.

But everything fell apart when he was killed down by two culprits, as indicated by the lack of fingerprints on the weapon seized at the scene.

Despite police sources claiming for years that the incident may not be what it appears to be, it remains unsolved after 25 years.
