SEAFORD, Del.- Delaware State Police is on the scene of a serious crash in Seaford.
Details are limited but state police say that the crash happened at the intersection of Concord Road and Baker Mill Road. No word of injuries at this time.
DSP says that there will be extended delays in the area.
