It was a foggy start across much of central Indiana Thursday morning. Now that the sun is up, that fog is clearing quickly. Skies are bright and temperatures will warm to the low 70s by the lunch hour. This will be a warmer afternoon than what we had the past couple days as high temperatures top out in the mid to upper 70s.
Hawesville council hears complaints from Windward Heights group
Several residents of Windward Heights Subdivision attended the Hawesville City Council Meeting Tuesday evening, May 14th to voice their disagreement with the new water and sewer rates, saying that the fee that has been levied on subdivision residents is too expensive. They said they don’t think they are paying a fair rate compared to residents that live in the City of Hawesville.

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A national vigil was held on May 13 in honor of officers who died in the line of duty. Among those honored were Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputy Asson Hacker and the Tell City Police Department’s Sergeant Heather Glenn.
