An investigation that began in May into narcotics trafficking from New York to Scranton ended with the arrests of two men. It was June 2nd Scranton Police conducted a traffic stop on Franklin Ave in the city. Police were given permission to search the vehicle and uncovered some 450 grams of synthetic marijuana and cash. Timothy Gale and Scott Frantz were taken into custody. According to Police both men admitted to participating in drug trafficking. Frantz also told police he packaged drugs for sale at his home in Scranton. Police conducted a search and turned up crystal meth and drug paraphernalia.
