Kenneth Hughbanks still yet to appear in lawsuit with Jamey Noel
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kenneth Hughbanks, the former Scott County sheriff for part of 2018, has not appeared in a lawsuit with Jamey Noel where he is a named defendant. Hughbanks, who is a past business associate of Jamey Noel, was sued along with Noel on May 10. The Attorney General's office is trying to get back $900,000 that was allegedly taken from the Clark County Sheriff's Office jail commissary fund between 2018 and 2023.
