The girls more than doubled second place Perkins County’s point total, winning the C-9 Championship and qualifying 13 girls for the state meet in Omaha, May 17-18. The Lady Longhorns Qualified the top two runners in the 100, 200 and the 800 meter runs. In the 100, Riley Rusher edged out Ella Colson for first place by .08 seconds.
