A memorial created almost immediately after the crash has sat in place of where the tragedy happened beside the Apple Barrel Country Store.
The foundation of the memorial says following Hussain's guilty verdict a lot of conversation between the victims' families has been happening to add Lisinicchia's name to the Schoharie Crash Reflections Memorial.
"It means a lot because we were able to meet the family" said Richard McCormack who created Schoharie Crash Memorial Stones "and we got a full impact you know of what they had been through."
Scott Lisinicchia, the driver of the limousine, was the only name missing from this crash.
An unnamed stone with a lotus flower has sat in his place beside the other names and shoe prints since the memorial was created. On May31, the imprint of his shoes were added.
