Man arrested, accused of installing a hidden camera
Burnt Hills, NY — A Burnt Hills man was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance after police said he installed a hidden camera in a woman's bedroom. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home in the town of Ballston on Nov. 22 for reports of a hidden camera allegedly installed in the bedroom of a female, known to the suspect, without her knowledge or permission. Ojay O. Smith, 29, of Burnt Hills, was charged with felony second-degree Unlawful Surveillance.

Fort Edward man gets 8 years in prison for drug trafficking
A Fort Edward man was sentenced Tuesday to eight years in prison and three years of post-release supervision for drug dealing throughout the region. David T. Henderson, 47, was one of three people arrested in March as part of an investigation into trafficking cocaine and fentanyl in several counties. Police searched his vehicle on March 12 and found nearly half a kilogram of cocaine and numerous fentanyl pills.

Troop G's State Police made several arrests for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) between November 17 and 21, 2023. The first arrest was on November 17, on State Route 9 in Clifton Park, NY. The driver, Adrianne Y. Maros, 59, was charged with DWI and other traffic offenses. Maros had a 0.22% BAC and received tickets due in Clifton Park Town Court on December 7.
