SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Jennifer Graham is WSAV’s 2023 Remarkable Woman.
She’s the founder of Shelter From The Rain, an organization focused on providing resources to parents who don’t have the support system they need.
With her award, Jennifer went on to be a nominee in Nexstar’s national Remarkable Women Initiative.
Graham had the opportunity to travel to Los Angeles to meet with other finalists.
Thank you so much for this Remarkable Women Award! This experience has been absolutely unforgettable. Meeting over 100 other remarkable women from across the country who are all working to help others was incredible. Having female leaders from all over the country be so supportive of my work with single parents through Shelter From the Rain was refreshing too. From start to finish, we have had ‘Star’ treatment. This level of kindness felt unreal. I could not have even imagined how amazing this trip would be for me. I am forever grateful.
