SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (WRGB) - The Saratoga Springs Police Department is seeking the public's help locating a missing adult that they say is considered vulnerable due to medical reasons.

In a post on their department Facebook page, officers say David M. Bulka was reported missing to the department on March 20, 2023. He was reportedly last seen on March 26th in the area of the Code Blue shelter located at 4 Adelphi Street.

Officers say Bulka is 5' 5" tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs. They do not have a description of the clothes he was last seen wearing.
