I lived down there 90% of my life and never seen this kind of water it's because of all the development and building I feel bad for everyone down there but they built it and now sorry to say you're on your own

Just do preventative maintenance and the flooding will not occur. The drainage on the sides of the road are never tended to. This county subs everything out while the leaders sit in their offices twiddling their thumbs and raise taxes.
