WKRG previously reported that Calvin Dale Brewer — accused of driving under the influence and speeding before crashing his car into 51-year-old Heath Byrd on a riding lawnmower in his front yard — was out on a $250,00 bond after the incident.

One condition of Brewer’s bond stated that he “was also not permitted to drive.”

However, on March 13, he received traffic citations for speeding and tinted windows, according to a motion to revoke bond.

“Defendant is alleged to have been driving 71 miles per hour in 55 miles per hour zone,” the motion, filed April 5 in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Mobile, said.
