2 arrested after stealing truck and hiding inside house in Sapulpa

SAPULPA, Okla. — Sapulpa Police arrested two people after they stole a truck and hid inside a house Wednesday morning.

Police say a juvenile and a 19-year-old were arrested after stealing a truck and running inside of a house on South Cedar Street in Sapulpa.

Police say the initial report came after someone saw a family member's stolen truck.

Police say officers made announcements on an intercom and the suspects came out after 45 minutes. No weapons were involved in the situation.
