A man was arrested over the weekend after being accused of raping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl in San Joaquin County, according to the sheriff’s office. The suspect, Antonio Arbaca-Callejas, had an $8 million arrest warrant for the rape of the girl, officials said. He was arrested on June 1. Arbaca-Callejas fled the country after the initial investigation began, the sheriff’s office said.
