The Bureau of Reclamation is telling folks to take care Wednesday near the San Joaquin River.

According to the Bureau, 8,800 cubic feet per second of water was released from Friant Dam Wednesday morning and made its way into the San Joaquin River.

This, the Bureau says, should make space for upcoming water flow that will head into the Millerton Reservoir.
