SAN Diego — The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to multi-car collision on Interstate 805 near Friars Road Friday shortly before noon Friday.
The collision has prompted authorities to temporarily shutdown I-805 in the affected area. It reopened a short time later, but not before backing up traffic flow.
