3 injured in head-on crash on I-10 in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — I-10 Westbound at Culebra was closed for a short time Monday morning after a head on crash.
It happened at around 2:30 A.M. when a wrong way driver slammed into another vehicle.
Three people were brought to the hospital with one of them reported to be in serious condition.
While crews cleared the wreckage and investigators reconstructed the crash, the lower level was closed down and traffic was moved to the upper level of the highway.
No names have been released and there’s no word on any charges filed against the wrong way driver.
