SAN ANTONIO - Police made quick work in arresting a pair accused of identity theft and credit card abuse.

Christian Terrell Eaton, 44, and Brittany Tilton, 33, were both charged with unlawful possession or use of identifying information, which is a felony.

Police said that they received a call Friday morning from a man who said he was out of town but received a notification around 7 a.m. from a rideshare app that the driver arrived to pick him up. He said he never ordered a ride, but he did ask the rideshare driver to take a photo of the suspects and send them. The victim immediately sent them to San Antonio Police, who were waiting for the two at their drop-off location.

Police said Eaton also had 4 outstanding warrants (2 forgery-related felonies & 2 misdemeanors unrelated to any forgery crimes).

Investigators are trying to determine how the suspects got the victim's information.
