Elote, a traditional Mexican street food, is typically roasted and then covered with mayonnaise and other toppings like Cotija cheese, lime juice, cilantro and chili powder.

“Joining us this year will be our 2022 Winners, New Corn Vendors, and previous corn vendors all wanting your vote for the 2023 Champion Best Elote Contest,” according to the event website.

There will be live entertainment, Folklorico dancers and a DJ in addition to the fair food.

“Our event is family and pet friendly, with various games and ponies on site for the children to enjoy as well. We allow public-friendly pets (with leashes) at our event. See pet booths for awesome items,” festival organizers said.

Attendees don’t have to purchase tickets for the free festival but the event does charge for parking. General parking is $5 and VIP parking is $10.
